Confusingly named German selection we received from Canadian plantsman Philippe Lévesque. Orygalis is an older species name for what’s now H. salicifolius. Philippe obtained the plant under the old name, though it was clearly not the species under either name. It’s more upright, with broader foliage and much taller. It’s also quite self-supportingly upright for a plant so imposing tall, and has never had mildew here. Ed for scale (5’9) in the photo. Tall quart, Z5.
