Divisions representing the first and likely last offering of this chance hybrid from many years ago. The foliage favors japonica, and we had initially thought this a likely hybrid with obovata, but the early flowering period - often earlier than japonica here- suggests perhaps P. mairei……Pink picotee petals overlap on fragrant, cup shaped flowers. Only a few 3 9/16” pot
